I offer unique life transitions coaching. Few physicians use their vast medical experience in a coaching model. Still fewer apply their expertise to non-medical realms. I bring to you over twenty years experience in both holistic and conventional medicine, of witnessing and understanding the life transitions common to women, from menstrual cycle changes to pregnancy, to perimenopause, menopause, aging, loss, and new creations. I have walked this path with thousands of women and have experienced many of these transitions personally. This places me in a unique position to understand the special challenges we face in courageously creating balance and true wellness in a society that is grossly out of balance. I bring my unique experiences, training, and wisdom to you through non-medical realms, while supporting your self-discovery, inner wisdom, and empowerment during the often difficult and complex changes that you are called to make in your unique and meaningful life. My clients have stepped into their power and made the leap into creating new work, new homes, and new relationships. They inspire me!
